Service Charge

Service charges are included within the rent, which cover water, heating, maintenance, security and upkeep of the common parts of Crystal House. Telephony and data are not incorporated in to any charges and are entirely the responsibility of the tenant.

Business Rates

The Rateable Value of the premise is £1,900.  Rates payable for small businesses are £932.90 for the year commencing 1 April 2019. Business Rates are charged separately on any car parking space(s) allocated. Building Insurance

The building is insured by the Landlord the premium for the year in included within the rent (each tenant is responsible for their suite’s Contents Insurance).

Legal Fees

Each party to pay their own legal fees incurred in any transaction.

VAT

Crystal House is currently being elected for VAT therefore VAT will be chargeable on the rent, and any other sums due under the terms of the licence.

Accommodation

A 300 Sq ft office is available on the second floor of Crystal House and is provided with one allocated parking space.  The suite is open plan, carpeted and windows are fitted with blinds. Each floor has its own male and female toilets and kitchen area. 24 hour access by digital key system and CCTV security, managed by the Landlord’s security services.
